RETAIN Kentucky helps keep people at work!
The aim of RETAIN Kentucky is to help injured or ill workers remain in or return to their jobs by implementing and evaluating early intervention strategies. RETAIN implements stay-at-work/return-to-work (SAW/RTW) strategies across health, employment and public health to support individuals as they experience an injury or illness that impacts their ability to keep working. The unique intervention program works with and supports employees, employers and healthcare providers, to address issues that can be factors in successful return to work. RETAIN Kentucky Return-to-Work Coordinators work with healthcare providers and employers to develop a RTW plan that identifies services to support eligible participant’s needs and goals.
